Join us for three consecutive Tuesdays on a creative spiritual journey through the inspiring books Noticing, Caring, and Trying by Kobi Yamada. This small group study invites us to reflect deeply on how we see the world, how we care for others, and how we respond to life’s challenges. Each 90-minute session will include a short reading, guided discussion, and a hands-on art activity designed to help us express and explore our faith in new ways. No artistic experience needed—just a willing heart and an open mind. Come ready to be inspired, to create, and to grow together in community.

4th SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH
We invite you to stick around on the 4th Saturday of each month, in the Parlor, right after service, to join us in this conversation. Whether this is your first step, or you have been on this journey with God for miles, we all have something to learn and share with each other.
On the 4th Saturday of every month, come join in the fun with the Mercy Street Rec Team. The games will start around 6:45PM. The location will be announced during the worship service.
We have a NEW serving opportunity!!!
St. Joseph Clubhouse provides lunch, and we provide either a Bible study with music or an Arts & Crafts project. You’ll share lunch with the Members and be treated to fun conversation, followed by even more lively discussion during our program. There are usually about 25 Members and several Clubhouse Staff.
St. Joseph Clubhouse, a part of Magnificat Houses, is a free, community-based mental health recovery program in Midtown Houston. They provide a safe and stigma-free environment where members living with persistent mental health conditions can access recovery services, peer support, and meaningful work opportunities.
Members take part in daily operations like culinary arts, administrative support, horticulture, and communications, building valuable job readiness skills and self-confidence. Their program also includes social events, meals, and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) programming, all designed to promote structure, purpose, and connection.

The God You Need to Know: Experience the Holy Spirit's Power and Presence Today (by Margaret Feinberg)
You Believe in God. You Follow Jesus. But Does the Holy Spirit Still Feel Like a Mystery? If you've ever wondered why everyone else seems to have powerful Holy Spirit stories . . . but you just feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure--you're not alone. The God You Need to Know, by bestselling author Margaret Feinberg, reveals that God is neither distant nor confusing--from Genesis to Pentecost--to reveal the Spirit's constant, powerful presence across history . . . and in your everyday life. She invites you instead to experience the real, everyday presence of the Holy Spirit who guides, empowers, and walks with you daily.
