They are simple phrases. They sound Christian - like something you might find in the Bible. We've all heard these words. Maybe we've said them. They capture some element of truth, yet they miss the point in important ways. Join Adam Hamilton in his search for the whole truth by comparing some common Christian sayings with the wisdom found in scripture.

There's nothing boring about board games! Twice a month, we're offering a space for people to connect, unwind, and have fun over jigsaw puzzles, card games, and board games. Whether you're brand new to playing or you've played all your life, there will be a game for you and a place at the table. This is aimed at adults, but kids six and up are welcome with a parent, and there will be games for them to play there too. :)
There will be pizza, drinks, and snacks with a suggested small donation to help cover the cost of those things.

Waiting Here For You (Louie Giglio)
Waiting is not wasted when waiting on the Lord.
A season overflowing with anticipation, Christmas comes the same time each year with great hope and promise of a baby born long ago. But this season meant for joy is often consumed by busyness, pressure, mixed emotions, and is gone as quickly as it came. What is it all for?
In our three-session study, pastor Louie Giglio reminds us that it’s in the richness of Advent—a season of expectant waiting and preparation—that we find our answer. And it is throughout this waiting season that we prepare our hearts to greet December 25th with joy, peace, hope, and refreshed promise in our newborn King.
Please contact Robin Martin if interested in attending in person or at home study. Access to Study Gateway provided free to both in class and at home participants. Handouts based on the weekly video session will be emailed each week and printouts available in class. There will be no book provided.
